Coaching with me is for people who are done pretending everything is fine while feeling restless, stuck, or split between who they are and how they’re living. We slow things down enough for you to hear your own voice again, get honest about what’s working and what isn’t, and name what actually needs to change.

Free 30-Minute Clarity Session
This is a focused, no-pressure conversation to help you get your bearings and see whether working together makes sense.
In our 30 minutes, we will:
Get oriented. You’ll share what’s going on—where you feel stuck, what’s changing, or what’s no longer working in your life or work.
Name what matters most right now. We’ll sort through the noise and identify the few key questions or decisions that actually deserve your attention.
Explore what support would look like. I’ll reflect back what I’m hearing, offer initial thoughts or frameworks that might help, and we’ll talk about what kind of coaching container (if any) could serve you.
What this session is not:
It’s not a sales pitch disguised as coaching.
It’s not a promise to “fix” your life in half an hour.
What you can expect to leave with:
More clarity about what’s really going on for you
A better sense of whether I’m the right person to support you
Your next 1–2 steps, whether or not we decide to work together
If, at the end of the call, it feels like a good fit on both sides, we can talk briefly about options for ongoing coaching. If not, you’ll still walk away with more insight than you came in with.
1:1 Coaching for Deep Alignment
This is for you if you’re ready to take an honest look at your life and work—and make changes that stick.
In our coaching together, we might:
- Clarify what “aligned” actually means for you at this stage of life.
- Map the gap between where you are and where you want to be—internally and externally.
- Work with the beliefs, patterns, and obligations that keep you stuck.
- Design experiments and next steps that feel both brave and doable.
What working together looks like
- 60-minute sessions, usually every 2–3 weeks
- Online via Zoom (or phone, if you prefer)
- A combination of reflective questions, practical planning, and accountability
- Optional practices between sessions to keep you moving and integrating
We’ll start with a free clarity call to see if we’re a good fit and what kind of structure—short-term, longer-term, or focused on a specific transition—would serve you best.
